The tow bar shipped, even over a holiday is fast service. Response time for any questions or special needs were very quickly taken care of.
If you compare prices to other outlets you will find they cannot be beaten. Prices are good. We even added some things and stayed within the budget. We are replacing a unit that was stolen. The Roadmaster Sterling has been a great unit and easy to use. Easy to attach to the RV.
If you are gonna' tow, this is the way to go.
