Bought this unit in August. Everyone wanted $1100 plus to purchase and install. I bought it, installed it myself and saved a lot of money. It's an easy install. I'm 67 and a couple months out of major shoulder surgery. Took a couple of hours but, at my age and condition, if I can install it pretty much anyone can. And....it works flawlessly. Bought it as a second ac for the bedroom. It can actually cool down the whole 32 trailer. Best advice - buy it!
