I have a Kar Kaddy SS with surge brakes this is the second one I have had sense 2003. They are a very good dolly, this new one I have this is the third year now the tail light are mounted on with rivets in the plastic and keep popping out. that is the only problem I have had. (very good product)

I bought one of these Demco Kar Kaddy Car Tow Dolly SS with Surge Brakes and it is the best investment I ever made. I use it with our motorhome and it works great! I also can's say enough about the Demco company based in Iowa. This past summer we were having trouble with the pull pin being bound up in the hinge that lets you turn the tongue to the side when in storage to give you more room. I call Demco and even though it was out of warranty, they said if we could come by there factory they would repair it. It just so happens we were going close to there so we stopped in. They helped us find a (free) hook up in town, met us that evening to be sure we made it, came by the next morning and took the tow dolly to be repaired and returned it an hour and a half later. They couldn't get the pin out so they replaced the whole tongue assembly with a brand new one at no cost to me. How's that for service?
