Customer Reviews For Demco Base Plate 05-07 Ford Focus

This base plate is well made and sturdy. Excellent welding and a finished with powder coat paint.

The base plate wing on the passenger side required a little trimming (1 1/2")to clear one of the airconditioning hoses. After that the base plate fit my 05 Ford Focus like a glove.

The braces supplied by Demco could not be used. Passenger side brace was off by 1". Driver side had interference with the engine air intake. I own a machine shop so making replacements was no problem.

Demco customer support was very good. I rated the instruction manual as "fair". I emailed Demco pictures of the problems and my solutions so they can make corrections or investigations.
