Review of Blue Ox Acclaim Tow Bar Car Mounted RV Towing [S078-944103]

I bought this Acclaim Tow Bar for my 2006 Jeep Liberty
but after I buy it ,I find out that it cannot be in-
stalled on a blue ox base plate with removable tabs
that are at least 23" cent to cent.My are only 20".
don't make the same mistake.
I like the towbar but it cannot be installed on the
vehicle in the storage position.
