Product got lost, had to contact AdventurerRV to have them resent it. Had to do it via email, and got a good response. Got it last night. It was missing the parts bag. So the emergency handle, manual and the foot was missing. I am going on the trip tomorrow, so I will need to go without the missing parts. The lift still works(luckily), and can use without the parts bag temporarily. I think they are taken out of the bag and sold separately..that is the rumor. I got the manual online. The product looks great and is heavy and solid. Looking forward to use it this week. I bought a cover for it, you should as well, i wouldn't want it open to the elements.
