Better quality than I expected. I would not normally buy an item this complex, in a market flooded with junk, without first holding one in my hands for a careful inspection. I've installed and used this bike rack for a month, and it is very well designed and constructed for simplicity, durability, ease of installation and use. Unusually high praise from me.
